A friend of mine had a call from some bloke yesterday saying he was phoning to help sort out her computer problem. She asked who he was, he ignored her and repeated his words. She hung up and disconnected her computer but when she reconnected later that evening she found she couldn't get online??

 

Anyone any ideas?

 

I have no other info as yet only that she is on BT Broadband.
