Three Sisters, Bryn, Wigan.

I was just wondering if any of you anglers have ever fished at the three sisters in wigan? As I have only just discovered that it is there, and just wanted to know if anyone knows what sort of fish are stocked there and what sizes they are? Hope someone can help me.

It's been a long time since I have fished there.

 

It is a race track and lake is shut all year till i think november when you can fish till march.

 

Giant Roach on hemp no nets and I think other bait bans.

Thanx John thats helped a bit theres nothin better than having a nice little struggle with a giant roach, i was wondering if there are any big carp there aswell as i am thinking of buying a season ticket for there and i am mainly interested in the carp but im sure i will give them giant roach a go.

Hi.

I`m not sure but I think 3 sisters is run by Wigan metro,

and is day ticket only,

was 4 pounds a day,

no floating baits,

there is a nature area were all the carp hangout so no fishing in that area,

there sometimes is a gypsy camp near there so be aware.

A mate of mine fishes it quite a bit, some large carp. He always prebaits and catches.
