A friend of mine, who is well into his photography, just recommended the following book:

Probably cheaper to buy it for me, Janet. Two two-way trips into the nearest town, coupled with parking, make it quite dear LOL

 

It arrived today - just got to find time to have a read and try to see if it makes sense to me now :)
