Has anyone noticed there are more and more re-runs of fishing shows lately? I've switched on John Wilson on Safari at least 4 times in the last month catching Nile perch. I used to look forward to watching every week. Not so much any more. Don't get me wrong I miss a few things only to catch them the next time around, but that laugh (whoops).

 

Someone told me not long ago that watching someone fish is like watching ten-pin bowling, golf, or darts on TV. I didn't agree - still don't but I am beginning to see their point.

Just watched the new series "Day Ticket" What a breath of fresh air! Nice genuine guys fishing. A real change from the usual cheesy quiz show presenter who gets most of the new shows!

I'm hoping someone might get David Seaman to present a show... Might make fishing more acceptable to non-anglers.
