Which spinning rod (approx50.00)

For a long time I have used a Drennan super specialist for light spinning/lure work.

It does the job ok with heavier lures but struggles with lighter lures, plastics/rubber shads or small spinners.

 

As I enjoy spinning with smaller Mepps and plugs I have decided to invest in a Rod designed for the job.

I have a budget of Approx 50 quid and the rod must be designed to be used with a fixed spool reel.

 

I have looked at the ESP Esox 7ft rod with cast 5g to 15g or the 8ft which handles 8g to 30g

 

Any suggestions?

The main species targeted will be Perch with the odd chub making an apperance (no pike in the water I normally fish).
