EA set to abandon rod licence checks

I've never had mine checked in all the years I've been fishing! The only time I've ever seen the EA was on the Thames and they were in a boat.

Hope you took a picture Lyn as Ea patrol boats are a very rare sight,They have to go out double man crewed which is fair enough for safety etc but they seldom have 2 bodies available to crew them so many of the boats stay tied to moorings most of the year apart from Henely Regatta when they make a big show of patroling that stretch .

The boats used to check for rod licences as well but now don`t and also ignore unregistered craft ,As with most things here it baffles me how they expect things to improve with no enforcement Steve

We are not putting it back it is a lump now put that curry down and go and get the scales

have I told you abouit the cruise control on my Volvo ,,,,,,,bla bla bla Barder rod has it come yet?? and don`t even start me on Chris Lythe :bleh::icecream:
