Bideford / Barnstaple Estuary

Fair current, but sticking to two hours on the bottom or top of the tide and sticking to the smaller tides reckon it is fishable in a yak. I know the boat anglers are pulling out good bass. Anyone else fishing the estuary mouth?

Hi Pav,

 

I have only fished further up river, have been meaning to give lower down (crow point etc) a go sometime. as you say 2hrs either side of top/bottom of the tide would be holdable.
