hi guys, im currently away from fishing at the moment due to being back in the gulf but i recieved an e-mail from a mate that made me chuckle and wondered if you had any other funny fishing stories that might help keep me amused while in the desert.

 

the e-mail in question was about a match i had recently attended in south whales. one angler on a knock up team was overheard in the bar after the match being asked how he had done.

 

"Two ounces but it was mainly bits!!"

 

so if you have any more one liners i'd be glad of the read.

I know someone who's had the same landing net for 11 years. It's only had 3 new nets and 2 new handles in that time!
