disabled rod licenses.

i have a mate who is disable like my self.and he gets his rod lisence sent to him every year and pays by direct debit..this is the first time i have heard of this..can any one help me to find out how i can do this..ask my mate but he cant remeber how he did it in the first place..

would like some help if poss,.

I'm afraid you'll be too late to set this up this year. the cut-off date was at the beginning of February. You ARE able to but your licence "on-line" though. There awsa recent thread on this, so if you look at a few earlier pages of topics, you should find it. There is a fairly high turn-over of topics at the moment, but it should be there still.
