do's one know about CHICK PEAS..? are they legal.? or are they harmful to the fish.. wouldn't like to use some thing i shouldn't. and if so.!!!! do you hair rig them or just hook them on..like to try some thing diffarent. !!!!! tight lines... and have a great xmas to you all..

hi... can any one help me.!! if any one has a diagram how to set up these's bubble floats i would be very grateful.never used them before.. thought i would give them a try. i know you put water in them..is there a specail way of setting them up.?? tight lines to all...

i just want to thank every one who wrote back to me the last time i was in.. about my grandson who is only 4 years old.. and wanted to start fishing.. he had to pay £4's to fish.. i have been on the water since with him and have been told he can fish free.... as long as he is with an adult.. and i dont fish.. he caught his first 1 and a half pound carp... he was over the moon..hope to put a picture in of him.. when i can remember how to...

thanks guys for your support.. i am 55 years old.. and the grandson only wants to learn how to fish.. he is 8 yrs old. will try and find some where .where he can fish for free.. i live in amesbury.. there are not many fisheries that allow kids under 8 to fish for free.. unless i am missing some thing here.. would like your help!!!

i have a 4 year old grandson who would like to learn to fish.. i rang a fishing place up and was told he would have to pay £4.to fish.. he would probaly fish for an hour at the most..why can't they let kids fish with an adult.and fish for free!!till an age that they know what they are doing..soory had to write this i am really annoyed.and angry.!!!!!!!!!!!!! :mad:

Babar..think it is the 14th march..till the 16th june..and i think that includes rivers as well...you do get the odd waters open all season..and no keepnets allowed..well it is where i am anyway...WILTSHIRE...(Think you was jokeing about the close season.).just thought i would remind you..

hi manse..know what you mean about the wife..i have the same problem...tyr and get your self a little fridge of your own...thats the best way to keep them and the wife can't comlpain....thight lines................

hi dom..no it's not a salmon or trout fishery.just a reaaly nice lake that i want to get a rod into...went to se it yesterday for the first time..it.runs by the A303.and the avon,they say it is near countess road...does that help you.? can't say any more don't know any more.thanks for the reply.... :confused:

i have been to have a look at a lake near by to where i live.in amesbury.it's called RAT FERN LAKE.does any one know it and if they do can you tell me if it is a day ticket or not.it does say.S.A.D.F.C. i know it belongs to salisbury anglers.but some of there waters you can fish on a day ticket any way.can ant one help out there, :confused:

try and get your self another top 2 section..then you can scale down to what ever elastic you want..if they are big fish then you put your other section on...i have 3 sections for mine and find it very useful for differant waters...that is if you can afford them..they wont be cheap..best of luck useing youe new pole....

i used to live up north.(manchester) till i moved down south in wiltshire.and i find the prices down here are very exspensive,comparde to up north..but the fish down here are a lot better,and bigger,i can pay up to £5 per day..which is not that bad really..it's when they ask for £10.plus.is when i walk away..sorry guys i am not a cheap skate..just a semi retired parson which can't afford a lot..:-)

ajp...i was on the kingsley lake...i think it was called....tried maggot..meat...corn..ground baited up....NOTHING...hemped up.....still NOTHIN...what a BAD day.....
