well to start with as fisherking says its closed for the close season . however assuming that your asking for the open season...I'm pretty damn sure that day tickets and season tickets are available in matlock bath from a particular post office/giftshop or something along those lines. I'm also pretty sure that if you take a walk around the river along lovers walk there are signs giving you the precise info you seek, finally (and this will almost certainly be the easiest solution) telephone matlock bath tourist info and I'm absolutly sure they would be able to help. sorry i can't be of more help than that, but i hope it gives you a starting point
