You would have to first know where abouts in England he is going. Once you have determinned this, find out the local environment agencies phone number, and they will be all to happy to tell you.

The only place I can recall that did courses like this was Ian Heaps place which is in Wales somewhere I think. I certainly don't recall seeing any 'fishing camps' as such being advertised anywhere I afraid.

I get asked the same sort of question a lot by youngsters while I'm fishing, and would have to say that my local EA knows nothing whatsoever about anything local or national. I posted it up here a couple of weeks ago, but didn't get a reply. :confused:
