Tiddlertamer are you using a CP or fixed spool reel ?

 

Fixed spool reel for the time-being. Want to attempt to master that first though may well invest in a centrepin sometime down the line...

I thought so, I think you'll find you miss far less bites when you get your pin. It seems to me from your posts that you like trotting so if you have a few notes spare I'd invest in a pin asap. There's loads on ebay treat yourself !
