The shimanos arent all that highly rated by some on here but I really like them and havent had any issues whatsoever using them. Great reels compared to some others in the price band.

 

Mine have never needed any work in over 10 years and are still going strong despite constant use and (at times) abuse. Same goes for every Shimano reel I've ever owned.

Why not try Korums own KXi Freespin reel? RRP is a penny less than your budget,but at least one dealer does it for £5 less.

I have one paired with a Grey Specialist Feeder and I can't fault it.
