Sound problems.

I've just got my P.C back after having another hard drive replaced but things aren't the same.

 

I'm having lots of trouble.For example when I play my MP3's the sound is only coming out of one speaker.I've tinkered about with the volume controls but had no luck.Is there a way of resetting them to a default setting as I've probably made things worse.

 

Also having trouble with I.E, it keeps freezing.

I'm also missing alot of the software that should have been pre-installed but I've got aload of other stuff on there which wasn't there before.

I would ring Tiny/Time and tell them to collect it and fix it but after seeing Watchdog a couple of weeks ago there's a fair chance if I do this I might never see it again.

 

Do you think I should reformatt the drive?
