yeh, get the fish police out for all those back-garden gnomes doing a spot of illegal carping! They're always out with their little red bonnets, just like their human counterparts! Laugh!

 

Don't: I got a mental picture of one being carted off by a pair of burly EA officers, "Yeah, yeah, heard it all before, just get in the van". :D

Phone - in the UK you need a rod license (they don't license anglers) to fish anywhere there is water.
