help wanted with .gif

Help needed again, i received an email with various gif animations. os = windows 7

 

I viewed the animations in my ipod and they all worked but when i downloaded the email onto the PC the animations don't work.

did a net search and found a thing that said tick the boxes in ( IE > tools > Internet options > multi media )

This is what i found.

 

This is the animation, dog playing with a yoyo

 

 

am i missing something as it still doesn't work.

 

If i right click on the pic all i get is copy
