IE load problem

This has happened before to me but cant remember how to cure it, when i try to access the internet by clicking on IE icon it loads then freezes, msn loads ok but google freezes,?? help

just one more cast then I'am off home

clear your browser cache this should do it

Tried that didn't work, i have tried the hints from windows help and that didn't do the trick either.

just one more cast then I'am off home
