Hi all. Just started Carping at the ripe old age of 43. Already had Carp up to 12lbs, so thought i would just say hi and introduce myself. Please forgive me if in the near future i start asking numpty questions, but very new to this fishing lark, i reside in Hertfordshire, so if anyone knows any good day ticket lakes please let me know.

Don't worry about new-guy questions. If it weren't for new folks, this forum would be nothing more than a bunch of old fuds swapping tall tales we'd already told each other.

 

FWIW, I was in my mid-50s before I ever tried fishing for carp. :fish::fishing:
