Excellent how-to from Budgie for rig and bait.

 

I would change one item on it though if I were doing the fishing. For the hook I'd use something like the Varivas Full Circle in a 4/0 or 5/0 (not used this one so don't know how the sizes run - Gamakatsu Octopus Circle and I'd go with a 5/0).
