Fishing in Northumberland, advice please.

Ayeup Keith, we have the best chub and barbel fishing in the North East on the Wear,(plus pike to 29lb AND 3lb+ grayling)) its just that most locals are too bloody lazy to find the fish.Just ask Nigel Collins (half of the[former] Batman and Robin duo) who gave up his Adams Mill ticket to concentrate on the Wear this year . Although strictly speaking the Wear is in Co Durham, Northumbria, not Northumberland

AND we have the added benefit (U.S.P. in sales speak)of very few matches held on the river.

They are a challenge for me at the moment Keith, what with only half a working good leg.

Do you know of any low-cost Zimmer frames, preferably with buzzer bar attached,or a wheelchair with floatation tanks?
