PC-cillin 2000

Can anyone help or can anyone tell me if they have had the same problem?

I use PC-cillin and just lately the d**n logo keeps popping up on the screen every few minutes, stays there, and then disappears again.

How do I stop it doing that.

I use pc-cillin 02 and it sounds like what happens when you open outlook express?(pop3 menu etc).

 

if i were you id check your settings or go into your startup list and untick all related to antivirus and reboot starting then back one by one and see what it is and if it goes.

 

(setup of my startup config for antivirus)

pcciomon.exe #

pcclient.exe

pop3trap.exe

pccguide.exe (not sure you even need this ticked)

pccpfw

pcciomon.exe ??indentickel entry??#

 

unticking all will have you antivirus free untill you tick them back.

 

i havnt had any probs from this antivirus except they are going to stop my updates soon (they want $14 or something)
