Helpctr Warning Dialogue

Just started getting this popping up in a warning box:

Helpctr has caused an error OLE32.DLL.

Helpctr will now close.

If you continue to experience problems try restarting your computer

Only appears when the computer has been idle. If i hit OK it disappears and there doesn't appear to be any problems. The longer the computer is idle, the more times i have to hit OK.

Any ideas? It's starting to annoy me now.

I am running Windows Millennium.
