Remote control use of computer?

Is it possible for me to access and make use of this computers facilities icluding its web connection from another computer via the web?

 

If yes, how, and what will I need?

Yes, but unless you know exactly what you're doing it can be very risky. You need appropriate remote control software e.g. PCAnywhere. I'd also recommend a firewall and IDS e.g. BlackIce, this will need configuring to allow connections inbound from the other computer. You will need either a static IP or a dynamic DNS entry for at least the host system, preferably for both.
