A while back, there were some sites for free virus eradication recommended here. Can anyone remember which they were? I think I have a problem, but my Norton Antivirus isn't picking it up.

RAV is good but you have to click the link for "to continue without subscribing" or it won't work.

 

Housecall is good for finding things - I vaguely remember that at one point, it found but would not remove but I think that is fixed now. At any rate, it will certainly tell you what you have and where it is located.

 

Panda is a good one as well.

 

If you have a problem that Norton is missing, I'd suggest you run at least two of the three listed scans or others if you don't like those.
