A friend has XP Pro running on his computer but the menu on the right hand button is severely depleted with only a couple of options on it [save to floppy and one other].

Is it possible to get the rest of the menu back again?

It was working when I installed the System but a little knowlege is a dangerous thing especially when it's his son who has a little knowlege.
