Anyone know how to remove this? AVG can find it but can't get rid. It's embedded in Explorer.exe.

It's okay, it's fixed. It was in the form of a zip file - my girlfriend found it :)

English as tuppence, changing yet changeless as canal water, nestling in green nowhere, armoured and effete, bold flag-bearer, lotus-fed Miss Havishambling, opsimath and eremite, feudal, still reactionary, Rawlinson End.

Boot to safe mode. Empty your temporary internet files and the contents of all temp folders (can't say where since you don't mention your OS).

Download, update, run Ad-aware SE and Spybot Search & Destroy (google will list links) then get a copy of Hijackthis v1.99, unzip it to a normal folder (so not temp and not the desktop) then scan and post the resulting log file here.
