Check out the halogen rechargable headlight. You couldnt buy the headlight for that never mind the battery and charger.

Is this the shop just over the bridge behind the furst row of shops on the riverside? Sorry I dont know whitby that well but i went in there last time we went for a day out there. I bought some mackerel feathers from there. <My kids had been wittering to me about getting some and he had them at 3 for a quid..I thought that seemed cheap

Cod fishing has been poor, at least for me, for past 2 weeks. I had a 9 and a half pounder 2 weeks ago today. Not much since, Just a couple of fish a bout pound and a half.

I bought some very cheap feathers once, they were rubbish. Hooks rusted after first use. Rather buy quality gear rather than risk losing a good fish.

Blimy! just had a look at that site, his rigs are cheap, £4.95 for 10 clip down 2/0 pennels. Wonder if they are OK?

I guess they were only for the kids though and that quid kept them happy for almost 9 minutes result imho
