Depends. Do you know the exact ship date vs when the auction ended? Via what means was the parcel shipped?

Surface packets can be up to two weeks, and that's assuming your Italian friend has labelled it properly and paid the correct postage etc (and got it to the post office on time).

 

I'd give them an email, ask what postage method they have used. I did have few customers this week inform me of local postal strikes (what for god knows), hence we switched some of our UK orders to couriers (that otherwise would have gone Royal Mail), so maybe it might be held up somewhere over here?
