How do you upload pictures

Help, How do you upload pictures, Tried add this attachment, nothing happened, Tried clicking the add image button and it gave me a url to add, dont understand????

1. Open new thread or reply (not fast reply but the full one)

2. Under File Attachments, click on browse, locate your photo and select it.

3. Click on Add This Attachment.

4. You can either just complete adding the new thread or post or select the new Add into Post option. Both will display the photo but the Add into Post gives you control over the exact location.

 

You should get some result like this one if you just complete the topic (so, no Add into Post).

i keep trying this, but cannot get it to work???

It seems the size of image matters, I was trying to upload files that were to large before.
