hi all,hopefully someone may be in the poistion to offer advice on where the best day ticket spots are on the thames,im looking to fish for roach,bream,chub and hopefully barbel,any advice on hot spots or just swims for a good days fishing when the season opens on rivers.thanks for your time mark.

I think it's free fishing up as far as Staines as long as there is public access, and there are other free stretches listed at http://www.visitthames.co.uk/btackle.html

Dunno about "hotspots" Long time since I fished there. Good luck!
