Could anyone tell me if this line is good, a friend thinks that it is like double strength and were it says 4lb and looks like 4lb its not.... its really 8lb.Is this true.

Na i'd say if it says 4lb it will break at 4lb... It could have a smaller diameter that some other 4lb line and if you were to buy say 6lb or 8lb it would look the same as some 4lb lines.

What does the 0.19mm mean because maxima 4lb line is 0.17mm and maxima 5lb is 0.20mm,is this daiwa 4lb like maxima 5lb?

Ooo it says the dia on the pic on ebay? Never noticed. Yeah if maxima had a line of the same stuff at 0.19mm it would be 4.something lb i'd say.
