delamere, warcks?

Any 1 ever fished this place? Im being dragged along by the father in law friday {got to keep the reles happy} if so whats in it and what methods work? Any opinion would be great as i cant seem to find anything out about the place apart from where it is cheers guys

I've heard of a fishery (Llloyds) at Delamere in Cheshire, but I don't know of a Delamere in Warwickshire...
