anti anglers

I know its nothing new but saw these to posters fly posted in Nottingham last week nothing supprisng there, apart from the fact they were on a disused building next door to a fishing shop {believe its planet carp} the question i ask my self is are the shop staff blind? Or just unwilling to do something about them?

must be the noise from our bite alarms sending them of course making them smack into walls and dive into the water
