does anyone know of a good hand-held waterproof gps plotter available with uk maps?

 

what do ppl think of this one?

I use the I Finder H2Oc with a Navionics Gold and a Nautic path card. Both are good cards. The unit is fully waterproof and the colour is much easier to view the detail. A bit more expensive but well worth it as a one of purchase that should last you many years.

I got sat nav but I dont know how to use the fandangled thing properly.

you could probbably hook it up to your palm or laptop and use your fave software for routing!

I love nautical navigation there's so much room and no one way streets and roundabout's. When on tarmac I just drive and eventually get there :rolleyes: As for using the laptop, apparantly you are not allowed to smoke whilst driving now so I dont think I would get away with that.
