this is the mount i already have.

if you look inside there is a nylon lock and a hole on the rod holder itself that locks it into position, what i want to be able to do is instead of having the rod point forward have it angled 30 degrees or so from the bow.

Hi......that looks like the same mount that i have,but if i lift the holder itself up about half inch,i can then turn it in any direction i want before locking it back into place.

yes, it lifts and slots back in. you have 360 degree movement!

 

this is the last post i make for a while, me thinks!

 

nice 1....what i need is a RAM rod tube with the ball joint fitting.do you know of anywhere in uk i can get 1??
