Cornwall in june

I am thinking of a holiday in June in the Cornwall area.

Is June a decent month to go after Bass and Pollock?

Hi Chaz,

 

We tend to stay around the Port Gaverne area, but always in September. Its usually great in September. Never been in June so was not sure if it was any good.

I have fished port gav numerous times, nothing huge but plenty of variety, once had 7 species in one session.

only fished from the shore from there but hope to get out on the yak from there this summer.

 

Have you paddled from there?

Hi Chaz,

 

Yeah I paddled out from there a few times last year. Caught pollock, bass and mackerel. Mainly trolling rapalas.
