North Cornwall is where I fish, Port Quin at low water with worm or crab baits for wrasse.

Rock at low water for bass( Rock also good for collecting peeler and soft crab). Port Gavern at high water with crab, only during or after a stiff Northerly. PM me if you need more info, I have been going to north cornwall for twenty two years fishing.

The fishing will be very good in September, with a better chance of a bigger bass. Try fishing from the rocks that allow you to cast across the surf. Maybe use a live bait such as pout, or small pollock.

The rocky coast inbetween Daymare Bay and Polzeeth can produce large bass after a good blow.

Port Gavern is one of my favorite bass markes after a good northerly blow.

They get a few plaice at Newkey fishing from the rocks casting onto sand with rag worm. Also bass, wrasse small pollock.

Trevous Head good for makeral, gars, wrasse, conger, doggs, will be good in september.
