  1. Thanks for all the info guys, ultraleds me thinks KK
  2. Dead jealous of the hounds of the sowlyville weekend and really need to sort out some sort of light on the yak. Been trawling through the old search threads on navigation lights and was just wondering if things had evolved since then. I intend to buy a head led light from lidl's and maybe an emergency battery powered nav light from a chandlers and customise it using Richi's Anglers Afloat version. Any comments gratefully recieved as I am in the dark KK
  3. Also not met you yet but really guts me to see that you are selling all of your yak fishing gear. I really hope that things work out for you. Best regards Paul (KK)
  4. Great report and pictures Richi, I have never caught or eaten a Bream maybe I will put that right on both accounts soon. I took the P13 out for a get rid of the belly paddle in xchurch harbour this morning but will take the rods out with overrun tomorrow possibly at Milford haven. The reports at Xchurch bay for the Bream that are being caught may at the last minute change the venue with the flat seas on the cards. Overrun rung me from Kimmeridge in the Yak at about 8pm tonight (v jealous) so there maybe another report immenent. Hope to meet up soon, Paul
  5. Hi Rich, Tesco's do a crate for under £2 fits perfectly
  6. As usual overrun great report. Well **** that I could not make it today. Oh by the way wifey fells a lot better now Hoping to get the prowler wet tomorrow though
  7. Hi overrun, got my drysuit today, (same as yours). Please dont mention that I need all the other gismo's, that will come. I intend to get down to some serious fishing in 2007!!!
  8. Your right about hendrix Simon, how could I forget!! Purple Haze, Hey Joe and my pick of the bunch, When the wind cries Mary. It is really difficult to pick your top 5 or 10 whatever. By the way whats wrong with a bit of slow chill out melancholy? Last of the xmas whiskey to go with it of course.
  9. Thats one way of gettin the missus interested in drysuits!
  10. Ditto, regarding problems v. frustrating!

Cant do 10 so Gonna have to share my fav. singles now:- 1- Led Zepplin ( Stairways to Heaven) 2- Deep Purple (Lazy) poss never a single but who cares! 3- Rolling Stones (Jumping Jack Flash) 4- Otis Reading ( sittin on the dock of the bay) 5- Fleetwood Mac ( Man of the world)
  12. Was that to remove the treble hooks or the cod ouch!
  13. This is me, now have a p13 Had to ignore the sign, needed a waz!!
  14. Unfortunately not mate, Ill before, during and now after Xmas, real bummer. Cant wait to get out though and catch some big flounders in numbers and of course give the new yak a spin. I have a mate who lives in marchwood and fishes the venue regularly by boat. I know he catches plenty because he takes great delight in showing me the picys. I probably wont get the time to rig the yak out yet, that will come later. I will contact you with a match date ha ha!! and of course if any other yakkers fancy it. Paul
  15. Yeh, cheers overrun, I reckon we will be clones soon, same yak, same Power Rangers drysuit etc. I will be round your house to copy the rest of your set up at the weekend ha ha!! I will order the drysuit in the next couple of days, then we will give Magazine Lane a go for those numerous flatties, YES?? Paul
