  7. I appreciate that people do leave rubbish around, but as a local of Chesil Beach myself I can safely say that a lot of the rubbish found on Chesil Beach is washed up by the strong tides and also from the Napoli that was beached at Branscombe a few months back. Chesil Beach is regularly cleaned by volunteers to help quell this problem. What needs to be done for the public use of the beach is to lay on more waste recepticles so that anyone seeing litter on the beach can pick it up and dispose of it themselves, rather than waiting for the volunteers! I'm the last one to see any animal suffer, and I do agree that our laws on rubbish are too fickle, but if we want things to improve then the buck stops with us. Instead of speaking about it, lets do it. Lets clean up after ourselves, and if we see other lazy b......s throwing their litter away with no respect for others, let them know in the most polite way that they are to take their rubbish away. But then we are talking about human nature!!
