Being a lure angler my problem (besides finding a peg on the canal bank that isn't full of dog crap) is dogs jumping into the water after my lures. Can anyone suggest what rod to use for overweight labradors? Cheers Carl

Hi, This is a long shot but can anyone offer any advise on fishing for Eastern Bottlenose? See http://www.fishbase.org/Summary/SpeciesSum...me=longirostris I intend to catch one of these blighters next October in Sanyati Gorge, Kariba, Zimbabwe. Aslo if there is anyone out there who fancies a fortnight in Zimbabwe with a wek fishing for tiger fish, probably the best fighting fresh water fish in the world (see http://www.fishbase.org/Summary/SpeciesSum...sname=forskalii and www.kitft.com) followed by a week sunning and boozing drop us an email.
