just got back from a lovely mornings fishing and i feel de-stressed. First off deepest appologies to Dingbat i dont know what came over me i never normaly spout off like that. Seeing as you've run out and will be advertising a new product soon, how about letting us know the ingriedients ??? This morning my mix was 2 parts plain brown crumb 1 part crushed hemp 1 part fishmeal small measure of liquid hemp. That 'STANK' I can tell you. The Bream liked it tho' I also had another go at the Mini-Method feeder on my pole still not totaly happy with it anyone got a fool proof rig for it ?

I am sorry about this but i thought there was a place for advertisements on this site :confused: i genuinly enjoy reading all of Dragonbats posts they are a good read, but i think these ads are getting a bit much. Agree or disagree ??

I so look forward to the 16th to get back on the rivers again but that does'nt mean i dont enjoy fishing the ponds during the closed season. living in Lincolnshire most of my life i have gotten used to fishing all year & dont see why there is so much debate about the subject it has had no detremental efect on the ponds/lakes that i fish. During the winter months i sit on the river bank freezing me nuts off dreaming about being on the bank of my favorite pond in May. :cool:

Hi Mall in answer to your question "it's STUFFED wiv em" the best peg i've fished for em is opposite the beck entrance by the lock, lots of doubles there and not many other anglers go down that way. i first tried it down there when the lock was in flood, did'nt have to wait long for a take either. If you dont fancy it down that end, around the bridge is pretty good too. My most memorable catch from the lock was a nine & half pounder that took a small skimmer i was reeling in on half pound bottom Annoyed the hell out of my brother in law who was piking a couple of swims away, he refused to land it for me so i had to enlist the help of a young lad the other side of us who had the proper gear(landing net,unhooking mat,wiegh sling)so it was up yours Paul
