I always use hook-lengths, and use at least 1 new one every time I fish. Sometimes several.

A brill step by step guide, I use the bottle for water, but use a dosiopiombo gadget which holds the pole float by the stem. When in the water, it is of neutral bouyancy and has a small tray which you add shot to cock the float. In my experience the shotting is usually plus or minus a number 8 shot.

I am a member of a small club of 15 anglers, of which last season I came 15th! But this season aim to better that. All fishing venues are local to Doncaster, so the petrol expense will be minimal. Here's to this coming season...
