Hi guys Well after nearly 5 years of travelling for work and having no time to fish I have decided to start fishing again now that I don't have to travel. I was just wondering if there was any members based in East Sussex that could recommend any waters?? I'm based in Eastbourne so as close to there would be great. Are their also any members from the South Downs Angling Association as I would like to start fishing a few matches. Cheers

Tried worm and had nothing. spoke to a few people at the lake and they said it was very hard to catch the tench in there

Thank You RUDD and scoobs11. I went on a night fishing trip tuesday night and tried the coco powder sweetcorn at first light and caught a PB 8lb 3oz tench along with 4 other tench just below 5lb. Billy

In a local lake there is a good head of tench, but i just cant catch then :mad: . i've tried every thing i can think of. ive rake it, use sweetcorn chopped worm and casters :confused: . has anyone got any tips that may help me catch them . cheers

I was just wondering that if the date for renewing our rod licence's is 1st April and my 17th birthday is 27 April then should i buy an adult licence or should i still get a junior one as i will be 16 at purchase
