I have just found out that the str receiver will not do the job,and the lxr receiver has been out of production for about 3/4 years,so good luck in your hunt for secondhand one.

I think the str receiver will do the job as it is similar to the lxr,but not as much range. Which alarms are you using?

Do you think anyone is bothered about breaching their terms? i'm certainly not,and there are probably a lot of people on ebay who are not bothered either! I have ended a few of my auctions early because i have had good offers on the items that i had for sale,and i don't think that i am the only one that ends auctions early because of offers.
