Hi There, Ive been fishing now for 40 years and in that time i have never fished a match or fished at a so called managed commercial water,my personnal bests are over that time Roach 2lb 10oz,Tench 7lb 4oz,carp 8lb 6oz,Barbel 3lb 2oz(the only one ever)Pike 22lb 3oz,Dace 1lb 1oz,chub 3lb 7oz and Perch 2lb 12oz. I still use equipment purchased in the 1970,s and sit on my efgeco green tackle box. As my earnings are very limited i can fish all day with bait costing £2.90 which includes maggots,sweet corn,luncheon meat and bread crumb ground bait. I love my style of fishing,but would accept that each fisherman has the right to choose the approach to our wonderfull sport that excites them the most and at the end of the day that is what it is all about people enjoying themselves either alone or together with friends. I placed two orders with this company who are based in Jersey.The first on the 18/06/04,the second about one week later.Over the last ten days i have e-mailed them fourteen times without reply.I would be interested if any others have had dealings with them and what the outcome was.I am not feeling good about the situation. :confused: :mad:

I managed to get into the demo played for 5 hours(sad),just bought the game cant wait to get it.

Maybe Fishing is to specialist for the British Press,However iam sure it would have been all over the front and back pages if France had won,so as far as iam concerned it is the Press that are to blame.I would guarantee headlines if someone had of been Killed,raped or cheated.

Three hours,three days or three months its still early,if they are prepared to do that most/some of them forgot to get their licence as well?

Some clubs insist on copy of licence with every annual renewal maybe a good thing,i can,t come to terms with,that the guy next to me is £23.00 better off.

The only BB i remember was from 20 years ago and was a writing alias for articles in the Shooting times magazine.

I hope to be on the river Stour, Kent, at either Plucks Gutter or Grove Ferry trying out my new closed face purchase.

I purchase baulk spools of i would say medium quality line from 2lb to 6lb,how long would you advise that the line could be used for without a noticable reduction in quality.I hope someone will help. Regards.
