Hi All
Well it seems from the number of postings that access rights are being eroded all over the country for various reasons. May I remind you all of the case in court here in Merseyside, remember the " Anglers on terrorism charges " well it's still going on. The two accused were back in court again today, and again the case has been adjourned. The NWASAC has offered financial help but it won't be cheap hiring a barrister. This is being seen as a test case which will have implications and perhaps set presedent in other similar cases, for this reason I believe we should set up a " fighting fund " with donations from clubs and individuals going towards the legal costs.
I don't think it will be long before we see other cases up and down the country, we have to fight to retain and regain our rights, why not start in Liverpool ?
Your comments and donations appreciated.
Leon would your journalist friend like to be put into contact with the solicitor on the case ?
Sand Tiger, do you know any barristers who work cheap?
Cheers
John.
