Ive never fished in the North Sea. We usually take our own boat out at Helensburgh to fish for Mackeral, But wouldent mind getting together for a trip, I will fish anywhere when given the chance lol. JJ -
Yip they are Tough old fish. (wild ones are the best for fighting). My Wild Brownie record is a 2LB'er from the river Clyde near the Garrion Bridge at a place called Mauldslie. Caught with very worn greenwells. JJ

Sounds like a gfx card problem m8, Is yours on board of have you added an agp or pci card? Some of the lower end nVidia cards like the FX5200 were running quite hot in the tests i was doing for my home builds. I dont know what spec your computer is so i cant advise you but if you post all the spec here i will try and help. regards JJ

Hi, I do most of my pike fishing at Loch Lomond and Use a coolbag to try and keep the bait frozen as long as possible. Even though it defrosts it still says fresher longer. I Agree with Tony U, In that it is easier to put frozen Sardines onto your trace's. But i like to defrost Smelt before using that. regards Jammy Johnny.
