In layman's terms can someone explain the difference between using a skylight and a UV filter? I used to use a UV and have recently started using a skylight what differences should I be seeing

2 Occassions for me 1: I was only about 12 and was fishing on the river mole at Hampton Court. The bank was quite steep and I was having trouble pushing my bank stick into the ground near the rivers edge, so I stood with my back to the river to try and get a better angle of push on the bany stick needless to say when it suddenly went in I lost my footing and shot backwards into the river nmuch to the amusement oif my friends. 2: was in France, having worked all day and driven all night to arrive at the venue I was shattered so set up etc and went to bed, at about 2.00am I had a fast take on one of the rods and in my half awake half asleep state came out of the bivvy and ran past my rods and into the lake

I just purchased my first ever digital a Nikon D70S (upgrading from a Nikon F65) and just wanted to try it out

Its a bird seed mix (haiths redband) but any particle/seed mix will work prepared the same way, and yes I've caught loads over it Good luck mate
-
The mix above will cost you a small fortune Get some redband seed, half fill a bucket with it, fill 3/4 fall with boiling water, place a lid on it and leave for 48 hours, just before fishing add a tin or 2 of sweetcorn that will cost you about £3 max and the fish will love it

Use light leads 1oz, or if you must use heavier leads use a large PVA bag and put your rig and lead in it along with some broken boillies and trout pellets

As the heading say's beware of some arse trading on Ebay and possibly other sites as cwbaits and claims his name is Cris (no H) Bradley living in Devon with a contact number of 07989 726348 which when answered claims not to be him as this person found the phone! He recently "sold" on Ebay 3 lots of 5Kgs buckets of boilies, a Microcat bait boat and a DVD. Having deposited my funds with PayPal I failed to receive any replies to Emails etc from this muppet, so raised the issue with PayPal. Luckily PayPal have stopped him from getting his grubby mitts on my hard earned which will be returned to me in some 30 days minus a £15 fee when they have completed there enquires. I have also contacted the one person I could (a lady who bought the DVD) and likewise she has sent her money and not received so much as an Email

Big up JRC. I emailed them to say I had somehow lost one of the u shapped plastic bottom section supports and one of the handtwist back rack adjusters for my bedchair. They called me the next day (last Monday) to say they have the u in stock but are awaiting the handtwists, but once they arrived they would send them to me, and when I asked how to pay I was told don't worry about it. They both arrived yesterday (just in time for France at the weekend ) So a big thanks to JRC and I know who's products I will be buying next when needed

Happy days mate, I'm well excited now, we won't get there until about 4 maybe 4.30 as we'll probably stop at the inter marche near Brienne le chateau (about 15 mins before Jonchery)
-
I've just checked the next 15 days weather for the region and the week we are there it is saying no rain and temps ranging between 13C & 17C, should be perfect as long as they have spawned, but if they haven't we could be in trouble as they probably will

Fox oval plus for me

It's there now cheers

Hi mate I have the cheaper version (£495) the only difference being you dont get the head light, all the lights on the side, and the battery for the handset. Battery life is really good at least 45 mins as stated by the makers, although I have to say I did use mine 3 weekends on the bounce without recharging it. The batteries take a couple of hours to charge. The only issue I have is that it can be hard to steer as you are simply relying on the propellers spining forwards and backwardsi.e. to go left slow down the left propeller and visa versa, where as on the AT boats you actually steer them left and right.
