yes mate, ive fished there a few times, its nice ariving and watching the guy there feeding them all, and then off to try and catch em give us a sout when you are going next perhaps we can meet up. by the way i bumped into ray and dooby at the NEC on sunday. have you seen them lately.

i come under the folk that elton mentioned, i just go fishing and enjoy it, i do have a website but that really is just extention of my enjoyment of our pastime, i admire people that give that extra inch, and most of the folk on AN do a grand job with helping others, what do i put back, the fish i sometimes catch. smelly nets [ 06 March 2002, 01:14 AM: Message edited by: Gray-Catchpole ]

Johns always been bigotted, self opinionated, thats what he does best, its part of his ongoing ego that he chooses and uses very well, this man was part of one of the biggest public turn arounds in british atitudes towards music, nonpolotics and music industry revolt, the pistols in general did a great job when they where young. i for one dont begrudge him getting old and comfortable, hell thats what we all want.

i managed to get a copy today at the nec, i also subscribed too, had a chat with one of the editors nice bloke didnt get his name, but he has offerd his help in the future wich is great. cheers chris

i got it first secon third and fourth time round, the sussex pistols(tribute band) are doing the thames trip the original pistols did in 77, ive been invited to go along, just hope i dont get arrested:D:D:D:D

oh, i also subscribed to Waterlog magazine, and finaly got to see the "catchpole" review, had a chat with the editor great stuff.

mine was a Browning/Zebco rhino df special 360 feeder rod, this is a lovely rod three tops, and a through body curve, i was asked to pick the rod up by the bloke on the zebco stand, it felt great, then he made me lift a 2lb yes 2lb lead into the air, so i then droped it and hit the bloke in the eye with one of the er eyes, oops, he was ok though, so of i trotted and got one.

hi all i was lying in bed this morning, waiting for the alarm to go off, and i was thinking about mag sales, there is so much information to be had on the internet these days, and so many homes that have pc`s, has the sales of the weeklys and monthly`s been affected. ive but almost stopped buying them, kerry gets me a copy of AM when she goes shopping, but thats about it.
